Christ in me, the hope of glory

It is the Holy Spirit’s job to help us transform our minds

Our minds are transformed by the word of God, what we believe in our hearts with effect every part of our lives. The Holy Spirit works in us to make Christ live and work in us. We are not alone; we have a helper who is constantly aligning our hearts to the truth that we are now complete in Christ.

It’s not about destroying strongholds it is about bringing down the glory of God

God’s engagement with us is to make himself known and experienced in our lives. Where light is darkness must dispel. Satan has done a great job in misdirection and gets us to focus on him instead of focusing on Christ alive in us.

The Holy Spirit calls us to live in the outrageous Goodness of God

We are not called to live in anything but the outrageous goodness of God. God is love and the Holy Spirit works in us to establish and root us into the depths of God’s love.

We look to him and our faces are lightened

It changes everything when you engage with God 24/7, in every circumstance and moment of life. Life is made up of a succession of moments and God is present in every moment and his glory changes of perception and demeanor.

Our anticipation will release expectation

Our anticipation of God in us and constantly in us, raises our expectation. If we anticipate God on the bus, then we start to expect him to talk to us. Nothing is mundane to God and what we call ‘supernatural’ is in fact natural.

He is Perpetually Present

Wherever we go God is with us, He is as much with us on the bus, in a crowded shopping centre, stuck a in traffic jam, when we are making dinner as when we are quiet and in a devotional time. How we hear God is not dependent upon God, its dependent upon how we listen. He is talking to us, we just need to listen to his voice.

The truth is God is with us whether we feel it or not

God in you is not dependent upon your feeling. It really does help when we feel and experience the presence of God but ultimately God’s presence is not dependent upon our feeling, it is dependent upon his promise to us.

God Wants To Engage With Us

“God’s plan is to make known his secret to his people, this rich and glorious secret which he has for all peoples. And the secret is that Christ is in you, which means that you will share in the glory of God.” – Colossians 1:27 – It was always God’s intention and plan to engage with us, to have a relationship with us birthed in love and expressed in intimacy. God has never separated himself from us, He is a fountain of everlasting love and his heart is forever towards us.

God Has planted a divine “YES” in our hearts

“For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.” – 2 Corinthians 1:20

Your heart wants to be in the “Yes” place with God. His goodness, His kindness, His peace, His joy, and He will strengthen you. God always acts in the affirmative, never the negative. His promises are not NO, but they are YES. Everything God has promised to us has been completed in Christ and Christ is now complete in us.  “And you have been made complete in Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority.” – Colossians 2:10.
