Living Grace

Christ in me, the hope of glory

We behold Jesus is every circumstance

In every circumstance of life we have Jesus alive in us. This is the truth; it may not be our experience, but it is the truth. The question is – What is God doing in this situation? And how is it making we grow in my understanding and relationship with Christ?

The Mystery of Life – Jesus inhabiting us

“But you are not controlled by your sinful nature. You are controlled by the Spirit if you have the Spirit of God living in you. (And remember that those who do not have the Spirit of Christ living in them do not belong to him at all.) And Christ lives within you, so even though your body will die because of sin, the Spirit gives you life because you have been made right with God. The Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from the dead, lives in you. And just as God raised Christ Jesus from the dead, he will give life to your mortal bodies by this same Spirit living within you.” – Romans 8 : 9-11– God is not visiting us He is inhabiting us. The Church should never pray for revival, it means we do not believe and possess the glory of God that is alive in us. We have been made right with God and now He dwells inside his people. It was NEVER God’s intention to visit us but to inhabit us.

There is a place in God’s heart for you

Because you are in Christ, God has placed you into his heart. You are secure in the heart of God. You are God’s desire. You are God’s passion. You are the delight of God. You are eternally set and cemented into the heart of God.

The name of the Lord is a strong tower

We must always see Christ as our strong tower. It is Christ’s resurrection power alive in us, that transforms us from glory to glory. We are strong in the refuge of Christ, and much more we are alive to Christ and dead to sin.

Our circumstances are not the house in which we are called to live spiritually

“And we know that God causes everything to work together or the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.” – Romans 8:28 – Your circumstances are not your identity; God is working in everything for your good. Now, it may not seem like it, but it is truth, and this is a promise to us that is “Yes” in Christ.

When we fix our minds on Jesus, our hearts are fixed on him

When we let the power of the risen Christ alive in us fix our minds on Christ then our core belief system changes. Our Minds were designed to be filled with the glory of God, we were designed to think and know the very thoughts of God. God designed us to know him, our minds have the capacity to know and experience the glory of God.

It is the Holy Spirit’s job to help us transform our minds

Our minds are transformed by the word of God, what we believe in our hearts with effect every part of our lives. The Holy Spirit works in us to make Christ live and work in us. We are not alone; we have a helper who is constantly aligning our hearts to the truth that we are now complete in Christ.

It’s not about destroying strongholds it is about bringing down the glory of God

God’s engagement with us is to make himself known and experienced in our lives. Where light is darkness must dispel. Satan has done a great job in misdirection and gets us to focus on him instead of focusing on Christ alive in us.

The Holy Spirit calls us to live in the outrageous Goodness of God

We are not called to live in anything but the outrageous goodness of God. God is love and the Holy Spirit works in us to establish and root us into the depths of God’s love.
