God’s word is His promise to you and all God’s promises are YES and Amen in Christ Jesus. The Holy Spirit alive in you is the power to bring those promises alive in your life.
The Battle you face is a battle for your identity, listen to the Holy Sprit declare his truth over you. Don’t listen or be intimidated by the noise and bombardment of the enemy. Dr Caroline Leaf says, “You are not your trauma, you are not your mistakes, you are not your thoughts, you are not your feelings, you are not your mental health struggle. No matter what happened or happens YOU get to decide your identity!”
You are part of Christ, every day is part of the adventure of being in Christ. Don’t wish your life away, see yourself birthed in the image of God and every day is a day of new possibilities.
As Christ is so now are you. You are loved, valued and accepted in Christ. God has made you as his child. BE YOURSELF. Don’t be manipulated or pressured into being or copying someone else.
You are created Good in Christ. God does not create half measures, He does not create work-in-progresses, He creates everything perfect and good.
Everything God does he does perfectly, and he does all things well. Now we are united into Christ, therefore we are now created perfect in Christ and He does all things well within us. We are made a perfect New Creation in Christ, old things are passed away and have died, now all things have become new.
It is our intimate relationship with the presence of Christ and the Holy Spirit in us that ultimately wins our hearts. We are in Christ, we are dead to sin and alive to righteousness, and it the enemy knows this and will try every distraction to captivate our minds and make us worship false God’s. God’s love deposited and planted in our hearts, is His passion to make his delight in us become our reality.
The battle is spiritual not physical. It is not over a nation or a piece of land, it is over a relationship and a love affair. For what we love we will worship. And what we worship will have authority over us.
The battle of the two Kingdoms is a battle for the intimacy of our heart. It is a battle for the thoughts and affection of our mind. It is a battle to captivate our passion and to control our desire. For what we delight in will become our God.
